Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of myDelsu and of Manna, our weekly giveaway. By using the platform you accept them.

Eligibility

Manna is open to current Delta State University students. Each week the draw belongs to one faculty and session cohort. You take part with your matric number, and you must have a complete profile, including bank details, to enter and to be paid.

Your account

You are responsible for the details you provide and for keeping your login secure. Please give accurate information, and keep it up to date.

How Manna works

Manna is free. There is nothing to buy and no purchase improves your chance. To enter, confirm your entry during the week. The board settles every Friday at 6pm, and one matric number is selected at random. One confirmed entry per cohort week.

Winning and payment

Before we pay, we verify the winner. Your bank account name must match your registered name. If the names do not match, or if the entry is found to be ineligible, we may withhold payment and draw again. Winnings are sent to the bank details on your profile.

The covenant

The covenant is a personal promise to bless another student in your own season. It is offered in good faith and carries no legal or financial obligation.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to enter more than once per cohort week, create false accounts, or interfere with the draw. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Content and tools

Materials on myDelsu are provided to help students and remain the property of their owners. Some tools and links, such as those on DelsuTools, are provided for convenience, and their own terms may apply.

Liability

We work hard to keep myDelsu accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the platform. Nothing here removes rights you have that cannot be removed by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
